Catering Website Terms & Conditions
Rasorn Catering Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.rasorn.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Rasorn sales hotline at 6883 5888 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Rasorn.
- Delivery Hours: 7.45am to 7.30pm
- Hotline Hours: Mon – Fri (9.00am to 7.30pm) & Sat – Sun & PH (9am to 7.00pm)
- A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
- Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
- A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount maybe adjusted for Festive period)
- No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
- A delivery charge of $45 – $100 to a single delivery point applies for each order via Hotline/ Website
- Delivery charge of $45 ($49.05 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
- Delivery charge of $90 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
- A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
- Festive surcharge of $20 – $30 is applicable for all delivery orders
- Surcharge of $50 – $150 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
- Rasorn accepts payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required
- A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST
- For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
- An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made
- 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
- No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself
- Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
- We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
- To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Rasorn will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight.

Seminar Buffet
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
- Food comes with a complete table layout inclusive of skirting, warmers, and a full set of disposable cutleries and serviettes
- Food is best consumed within 3 hours of delivery
- Menu prices are not entitled to further discounts, unless otherwise stated
- Package prices quoted are subject to GST
- Orders must be placed at least 5 working days prior to the event date
- Full-day Seminar delivery charge: $130.00 (S$141.70 w/GST)
- Half-day Seminar delivery charge: $100.00 ($109.00 w/GST)
- An additional surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) will apply for deliveries to offshore areas and the central district, identified by the following postal code prefixes: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23, 24; Bras Basah – 18, 19
- An additional surcharge of $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST) per pax will apply for events held on Saturdays and Sundays
- A surcharge of $100–$200 is applicable for deliveries to venues without direct lift access, subject to approval
- Rasorn Catering does not deliver to Air Cargo, Offshore (Sentosa), Keppel Distripark, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani
- Buffet set-up at any landed property will be conducted at ground level only
- For cancellation of orders where prepayment has been made, an administrative fee of $100.00 will be imposed should a refund be required
- Customers are responsible for verifying all order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Rasorn Catering will not be held liable for any charges arising from customers’ errors or oversight
Seminar Mini Buffet
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
- Full set of disposable wares and serviettes provided
- Food comes in microwavable containers (tables and warmers are not provided); no collection required after event
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour of delivery
- Menu prices are not entitled to further discounts, unless otherwise stated
- Package prices quoted are subject to GST
- Orders must be placed at least 5 working days prior to the event date
- Full-day Mini Seminar delivery charge: $135.00 ($147.15 w/GST)
- Half-day Mini Seminar delivery charge: $90.00 ($98.10 w/GST)
- An additional surcharge of $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST) will apply for events held on Saturdays and Sundays
Seminar Bento
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
- Full set of disposable wares and serviettes provided
- Food comes in microwavable containers (tables and warmers are not provided); no collection required after event
- Disposable table mats are not provided; if required, table mats are available at $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST) per mat, upon request
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour of delivery
- Menu prices are not entitled to further discounts, unless otherwise stated
- Package prices quoted are subject to GST
- Orders must be placed at least 5 working days prior to the event date
- Full-day Seminar Bento delivery charge: $135.00 ($147.15 w/GST)
- Half-day Seminar Bento delivery charge: $90.00 ($98.10 w/GST)
- An additional surcharge of $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST) will apply for events held on Saturdays and Sundays
